Valentine's Day is fast approaching and I must admit that I had lofty plans to replenish my Etsy store and to start with cards for this special occasion. It didn't happen...life gets in the way sometimes and derails our plans. I've managed to make a few cards that I will post on Etsy, most are traditional and one is not. I'll post the traditional ones in my next post as I'm still working on them. I do have one that I'd like to post today as I'm entering this one in a challenge. This one could be used as a Valentine card or just a card to show you care. I made 2 and decided to use one for an upcoming birthday for a friend. Here's the link to the challenge blog I'm submitting it to. The Clear it Out blog looks really cool as their challenges involve a lot of clearing out our stashes. Love it! The challenge was to either make a circular card or to involve circles in some fashion.

Thanks for all the sweet comments everyone. I really do appreciate them. Judy, the design for the blog is actually here on Blogger. This was the result of just clicking here and there by accident so I wouldn't even know how to repeat it. I'm in the process of having a totally new blog designed by a friend of mine so this won't be staying like this. I was actually thinking that it was hard to follow and people wouldn't bother commenting because they couldn't figure it out. There is a section here on Blogger where you can pick different background designs and different layouts. Hope that helps!

The soft background paper is gorgeous with the dramatic circle. Really nice colors working together here, and love the layout.
